Description
Inspired by Wayne Thiebaud’s landscapes, I wanted to try something new, yet still a bit abstract. I downloaded an aerial photograph, a birds’ eye view, of the California Delta, then played with color. Executing the trees on the river bank gave me both terror and pride.
